Ready is the Founder of two non-profits; Ready to Empower
a US. based Foundation and Árbol de Esperanza a
Costa Rica based association that provides support to at- risk
communities of women.
Ready works in White Plains, NY and Stamford, CT.
with a variety of clients including; adults, families, couples,
children and adolescents. She works to equip people to
empower and heal themselves using a variety of mindfulness,
solution focused therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy
modalities. Ready believes in the power of a genuine
therapeutic relationship, goal setting and a holistic approach
in creating awareness, healing and growth.
