Ready is the Founder of two non-profits; Ready to Empower
a US. based Foundation and Árbol de Esperanza a
Costa Rica based association that provides support to at- risk
communities of women.
Ready works as a licensed Mental Health Counselor and
Licensed Professional Counselor in White Plains, NY and
Stamford, CT. Ready works with a variety of clients in her
practice including adults, families, couples, children and
adolescents. She works to equip people to empower
themselves using a variety of mindfulness, solution focused
therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy modalities.
Ready believes in the power of a genuine therapeutic
relationship, and a holistic approach in creating entire
awareness, healing, growth, peace, purpose and
self acceptance. By providing genuine emotional support,
education, accountability and an individualized plan of
action, She assists people in obtaining their goals and
finding inner peace to make positive change happen

In 2018; Humanitarian of the year given by the I’m Here For The Ladies And You for her efforts in advocacy for women’s empowerment, 2015; The Amway Hero Award in the category of “Generosity,” recognizing the commitment one person makes to improving the world through extraordinary volunteerism or philanthropy. 2014; the Unsung Hero Award given by the Westchester Task Force on Child Abuse and Neglect for outstanding achievement in protecting the safety and well-being of Westchester's children, and 2014; The Westchester's 40 under 40," Rising Star Award" given by The Business Council of Westchester.
